We are still learning about Opal's unique personality at the moment but we do know that she's a happy, confident, adventurous and very sweet natured little miss who loves a good cuddle but also loves a good explore. She is still a wee baby so will need someone home with her during the day. A home familiar with working breeds would be ideal, but most of all a home that is prepared and willing to put in the work with a pup who is smart and who will likely be full of beans as she grows older. Another gentle male dog in the home that can teach her all the good things would be fab too - she has only had good experiences with other dogs so far. Being prepared to work your pups brain as well as their body is super important with babes of this breed.
Opal is a confident and chatty little miss who likes to be a part of what's happening. She loves to meet new pople and will eagerly wag her little tail as she goes up to them. She loves to be out doing things with her people and would make a fab bestie for some lucky person. She would also make a great adventure buddy (when she's old enough) we reckon she'd love to go on long walks or be a running partner or even would love farm life!
Opal is still young enough to learn all about kids (and has met young kids), she is in a foster home with cats, another adult dog, her brother and budgies. Opal is already fantastic at toilet and will let you know she needs to go out. Any new home will need to be consistent with taking her out still of course. She will need hoomans prepared to continue his learning and socialisation and willing to teach her all the good things a puppy should know in order to be a great member of doggy society.
Opal must be allowed to live inside the home so she can be a real member of the family.
If you can provide Opal with a fully fenced and secure property, quality food, regular flea and worm treatments, a comfy and warm bed, a comfy couch to nap on and most of all lots of love for the rest of her days, click on the apply to adopt button and complete the application form.
Thanks for checking out gorgeous girl Opal's profile! We cant wait to help her find her forever hoomans, could that be you?
